PARSCH Schläuche Armaturen GmbH & Co. KG is a German company with a history of more than 250 years and an almost uninterrupted tradition in the manufacture of fire-fighting equipment, especially hoses.
Founded in 1765, it initially produced firefighting water buckets from raw linen but by the early 19th century had already switched to manufacturing hoses. In 1851, Parsch was one of the exhibitors at the first edition of the Universal Exhibition, held in London, and continued to participate in the following editions, which brought the company several medals and prizes, culminating in the gold medal in Vienna in 1898.
In the mid-1950s, Parsch became the first manufacturer in the Federal Republic of Germany to implement the circular weaving technique while in the late 1960s, the Coverflex outer coating was introduced.
Investments have grown exponentially, both in research and innovation and in the expansion of production capacity, therefore today Parsch produces over 2,000,000 metres of hoses per year, in different yarns, colours and types of textile weave, hoses used not only for firefighting but also in various branches of industry and agriculture as well.
