The aerial platforms distributed by our company are manufactured by Bronto Skylift Oy Ab. The Finnish manufacturer, having subsidiaries in Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.S., is part of the Morita Holdings Corporation group, and is one of the world leaders in the field, with a history spanning over 50 years. Bronto's product portfolio is structured around two main areas: aerial access for various civil applications (maintenance of wind turbines, power lines, repairs/maintenance of buildings and various constructions/structures), and emergency response (rescue and/or firefighting at height).
The Bronto range of aerial work platforms provides access to working heights of 20-40 m, 40-60 m, 60-80 m, and over 80 m, up to approximately 115 m. Bronto Skylift aerial platforms offer exceptional vertical and horizontal reach, high mobility, and advanced safety control systems. Built directly onto the chassis of a standard commercial truck, they can be driven directly to the job site without the need for separate transport trailers or cranes. The platforms feature independent, variable stabilizer positioning and automatic leveling, allowing for installation in narrow, congested urban areas or on narrow streets. Articulated booms and rotating cages allow operators or rescue teams to easily maneuver up and over obstacles, such as power lines or building structures. The advanced Bronto+ safety systems enable real-time monitoring of the load in the cage and automatic control of the working area, which stops risky movements and prevents operator errors. Finally, it is worth noting that the platforms are equipped with large, spacious cages that can accommodate stretchers and wheelchairs, and the units can be equipped with integrated water/foam/dust lines for firefighting or with insulated options for working on high-voltage power lines, with the technical solution customized to meet each client's specific needs. Optionally, Bronto aerial platforms can be equipped with telescopic rescue ladders. Positioned along the hydraulic boom, these provide a continuous and stable secondary evacuation route for firefighters and evacuees if the hydraulic system or the cage's capacity is compromised.
